Submit an abstract today
The call for abstracts is now open. The theme for the Population Health Congress 2022 is 'Towards a just, safe and sustainable future for Australasia.'
The three-day program is designed to provide lively and productive discussions and contributions from people integral to maximising the health of populations. We invite you to submit abstracts related to practice, policy, research, or evaluation under the following Congress topics.
We have moved to hybrid for 2022!
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Public Health Association of Australia (PHAA), Australian Health Promotion Association (APHA), Australasian Epidemiological Association (AEA) and the Australasian Faculty of Public Health Medicine (AFPHM) have changed the way we deliver the 2022 Population Health Congress. The traditional face to face Congress will now be hosted as a hybrid Congress.
Whilst we are all facing major disruption, PHAA, AHPA, AEA and AFPHM are committed to ensuring there are continued opportunities for professional development and connection within the community. We are embracing a new way of delivering the Congress in an interactive online format as well as continuing the face-to-face format where permitted.

Earlybird registrations for the Population Health Congress 2022 will be available soon. We will be offering a range of registration categories for face-to-face and virtual participants, along with discounts for PHAA, AHPA, AEA and AFPHM members.
